Where to Farm (Page 46): Drop Rates by NPC and Zone

Each page here answers one question: where does this item drop, and at what chance? An item gets a page when it drops from more than one source and either from three or more, or a quest or recipe wants it. Sources are ranked by the drop chance recorded in Forever at ten or more loots, else by the vanilla 1.12 chance, labelled as such. A single-source item is covered by its own item page.
