A Best in Slot list names, for one class and one phase of the game, the item to aim for in each of the 18 equipment slots, an alternative that is nearly as good or easier to get, and one line on why. Each list is written and published by a moderator; the page says who reviewed it and when. Until a slot is reviewed it shows the data fallback: the three highest item level items a level 60 character of the class can equip, labelled "by item level, not reviewed", because item level is the game's stat budget and not a judgement. The phases are "Pre-raid", then each raid tier as it unlocks.
Reviewed: a moderator published the list (the count says how many slots). In review: a draft exists; the page shows the fallback until it is published. By item level: no list yet. Think a pick is wrong? Every class page has a "Suggest a change" link.
