The Broken Sigil (Elite)
Vanilla reference — from the 1.12 world data, not yet confirmed in Forever.
Retrieve the 11 Sigil Fragments from the defenders in Stromgarde, and bring them to Tor'gan in Hammerfall.

Thoras Trollbane's tomb is protected by three sigils--the first of which you retrieved from the Syndicate. The other two will be harder to get, as they're held by the firmly entrenched Stromgarde militia.
The sigil of Thoradin was divided into eleven pieces by Thoras' son, Galen, and dispersed among the Stromgarde defenders. Retrieve the pieces and bring them to Tor'gan, the troll shaman, he will be able to bind them into the complete sigil.

The Broken Sigil is a level 40 elite quest in Arathi Highlands, World of Warcraft Forever: open from level 32, Horde only. Zengu asks you to retrieve the 11 Sigil Fragments from the defenders in Stromgarde, and bring them to Tor'gan in Hammerfall. Rewards 3,150 XP and 50 silver. It is step 3 of 8 in its quest series. Quest data is from the vanilla 1.12 reference, not yet confirmed in Forever.
