A stat conversion in classic WoW is what one point of Stamina, Intellect, Agility or Strength gives; it is 10 health, 15 mana, 2 armour or attack power.
Stamina: 10 health (the first 20 points of Stamina or Intellect give 1 each)
Intellect: 15 mana
Agility: 2 armour for everyone
Strength: 2 attack power for Warriors, Paladins, Shamans and Druids; 1 for every other class
Agility: 1 attack power for Rogues; 1 melee and 2 ranged attack power for Hunters
Melee or ranged crit from Agility: Warrior 20, Rogue 29, Hunter 53 Agility per 1%
Spell crit from Intellect: Mage 59.5 Intellect per 1%
The conversions that are the same for everyone are at the top; the crit conversions are per class and only the four that were established beyond doubt are listed. Health and mana from the first 20 points of Stamina or Intellect count one for one.
| Warrior with 400 Strength and 200 Agility | 800 attack power from Strength, 400 armour and 10% crit from Agility |
| Mage with 300 Intellect | 20 + 280 × 15 = 4,220 mana from Intellect, 5.04% spell crit |
| Anyone with 200 Stamina | 20 + 180 × 10 = 1,820 health from Stamina |
